WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS

No hard sell, no awkward signup. Here's exactly what to expect from the first message to your first session.

We have a free chat

You tell me where you're at — goals, injuries, how much time you have. I tell you honestly if I think I can help. No pitch, no pressure.

I build your programme

Before you walk through the door, your programme is ready. Not a template — exercises, loads, rest, and tempo chosen for your specific goals and body.

You train — your way

Sessions run inside EPM with up to 5 other people, each on their own programme. You're not doing the same thing as everyone else. I'm there throughout.

Your programme moves with you

Week by week, loads increase, exercises progress, and the programme adapts. If something hurts or life gets busy, we adjust. That's the point.

WHY I DO
THIS

I got into strength and conditioning because I kept seeing the same problem — people working hard but not getting anywhere, because their programme wasn't built for them. Generic plans don't account for your injuries, your schedule, or where you're actually starting from.

I did my Masters in S&C because I wanted to understand the science properly, not just repeat what I'd been told. Working inside EPM puts me next to a physio team — which means if something hurts, we deal with it rather than ignoring it.

I keep the group small because I can't do my job properly with 15 people. Six is the most I'll take. That's not a selling point — it's just how it has to work if the coaching is going to be any good.
