Most people train hard but go nowhere — because the programme isn't built for them. I fix that. You get your own plan, proper coaching, and someone who actually tracks your progress.
No hard sell, no awkward signup. Here's exactly what to expect from the first message to your first session.
You tell me where you're at — goals, injuries, how much time you have. I tell you honestly if I think I can help. No pitch, no pressure.
Before you walk through the door, your programme is ready. Not a template — exercises, loads, rest, and tempo chosen for your specific goals and body.
Sessions run inside EPM with up to 5 other people, each on their own programme. You're not doing the same thing as everyone else. I'm there throughout.
Week by week, loads increase, exercises progress, and the programme adapts. If something hurts or life gets busy, we adjust. That's the point.
Two options. The price you see is what you pay — no joining fee, no minimum contract, no extras. You can cancel any time with a month's notice.
I got into strength and conditioning because I kept seeing the same problem — people working hard but not getting anywhere, because their programme wasn't built for them. Generic plans don't account for your injuries, your schedule, or where you're actually starting from.
I did my Masters in S&C because I wanted to understand the science properly, not just repeat what I'd been told. Working inside EPM puts me next to a physio team — which means if something hurts, we deal with it rather than ignoring it.
I keep the group small because I can't do my job properly with 15 people. Six is the most I'll take. That's not a selling point — it's just how it has to work if the coaching is going to be any good.
"I've trained with several coaches over the years but this is the first time I've felt like my programme was actually built for me. The progression has been consistent and I've hit PBs I didn't think were possible."
"Coming back from a knee injury I was nervous about group training. Harry worked closely with the physio team at EPM and my programme was adapted perfectly. I'm now stronger than pre-injury."
"The small group format is the best of both worlds — you get the accountability and energy of training with others, but your programme is completely your own. Worth every penny."
